미국 정부는 직업을 갖지 않고 집에 있는 사람들을 위해

실업수당을 계속 제공하고 있었습니다

미국은 지금 40% 정도가 백신접종을 끝냈고

경제를 다시 활성화 시키기 위해 식당, 가게, 회사들이 문을 열고 있습니다

그리고 이러한 사업체들을 운영하기 위해서 쉬고있던 근로자들을 다시 직장으로 부르고

새로운 직원들도 채용하고 있는대

사람들은 아직도 직장으로 돌아오려고 하지 않고 있습니다

한가지 이유로는 코로나 바이러스의 대한 걱정이 백신을 맞았음에도 아직 있다는 것과

직업이 없음으로 실업수당을 받는 사람들은 시급$15을 받는 사람만큼의 돈을 받는대

일을 안하고 저정도의 금액을 벌 수 있으니 그냥 집에서 실업수당을 받으며 지내겠다는 것입니다

그로 인해 식당이 문을 열려고 했으나 직원을 못구해서 아직도 열지 못하는 일이 벌어지고 있습니다

그로 인해 민주당과 공화당은 계속해서 코로나로 인해 강화된 실업수당이 나가는 것이 맞는지

이제 사람들이 일터로 다시 나오기 위해 멈춰야 할지 열띤 토론 중이랍니다
